The Treasurer keeps accurate financial records of all League income, expenditures and collection of funds and shall make such records available for inspection by any League member upon reasonable request. Duties include:
- Serve as purchasing agent for the League
- Responsible for accounting and collection of all moneys owed to or raised by the League
- Prepare and present a budget to the Board of Directors prior to Opening Day
- Submit tax and non-profit status information to proper agencies
